About our Servers
Our equipment is co-located with a company in Houston, TX that purchases certified Renewable Energy Credits using green powered energy (wind). This represents 130% of the electricity used to both power and cool their server center. While we wish they were getting their energy directly from wind energy this is not feasible to our company at this time. We are however shopping for new co-location services to mitigate this issue.
What is co-location? We pay another company to keep our servers plugged into their system which provides proper cooling, back up power and other attributes necessary to keep a server functioning. Uptime guarantees are important to us and we offer a 99.9% Uptime Guarantee.
